The Scottish Forum on Natural Capital’s “Ask An Expert” service was launched to increase the understanding of the benefits gained from nature, highlight why it is damaged currently and help identify ways for organisations to protect and rebuild Scotland’s natural capital.

Member organisations of the Scottish Forum are invited to submit questions which will be answered by individuals on our Expert Advisory Panel. If we don’t have a suitable expert available, we will do our very best to find one as quickly as possible. All questions and answers will be posted on this site, in order to provide maximum benefit for other organisations wanting to learn.

In order for your question to be answered it must be:

  • Directly relevant to Scotland
  • Not specific to your organisation (although it may be specific to your sector or to your kind of organisation)
  • A single question that would be understood by a wide audience

By submitting a question, you agree to it being published (anonymously) on the Scottish Forum website and to your data being used as outlined in our privacy policy. We reserve the right not to answer every question we receive but will endeavour to answer as many as possible.

To submit a question, please complete this short form.

This service is only open to members of the Scottish Forum on Natural Capital. Find out more about Scottish Forum membership here.
