The first webinar from the new Digital Enablers for Natural Capital hub, this session will showcase two digital tools enabling biodiversity data collection and analysis.

Scotland-Wide Landcover Maps

Scientists from Space Intelligence will present Scotland’s first-ever nationwide habitat maps. Commissioned by the Scottish government in 2021 in partnership with NatureScot, these provide insight into how Scotland’s ‘Natural Capital’ is changing over time. The annual mapping helps landowners and policymakers make decisions on land-use change, including where to restore habitats.

A significant amount of open data remains elusive to search engines. Discover how Dtechtive.com uses AI Natural Language Processing and Generation, to make open data hidden in the deep web (not the dark web!) more discoverable and AI-ready.
